Ontario Invites Express Entry Candidates under French speaking skilled workers and Skilled trade streams
Ontario issued an invitation to Express Entry candidates who may meet all requirements for two provincial immigration streams that target French-speakers, and skilled trades workers. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued an invitation on November 4. These invitations, otherwise called Notifications of Interest, or NOIs, went to applicants in the French-Speaking Skilled Worker and Skilled Trades streams.
These two improved Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are lined up with the Express Entry framework. The individuals who were welcomed in today's draw will get an extra 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points towards their overall score, in the event that they get the provincial nomination.
This honor would adequately ensure that they would be given an Invitation to Apply for a Canadian permanent residence in a resulting federal Express Entry draw.
