International students studying at Canadian schools and colleges would now be able to enter Canada to proceed with their education. The Government of Canada has developed some travel limitations so that designated learning institutions (DLIs) that have an endorsed COVID-19 preparation plan set up can start to accept their international students as of October 20. The plans must have been approved by the provincial or territorial government where the school is located.

Preparation plans must determine how the school will impart wellbeing and travel information to International students preceding their arrival in Canada, and how they will assist students with isolating, including controlling or helping them in getting food, medicine, and different necessities.

As per IRCC - International students with, or approved for, a study permit who will be attending a designated learning institution with a #COVID19 readiness plan approved by their provincial or territorial government may be able to travel to Canada.
